These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Gitardor Travel Hub, a travel research and advisory service operated under Gitardor. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of the Gitardor Travel Hub platform at travel.gitardor.com.
Important Notice: Gitardor Travel Hub is a research and advisory service only. We are not a visa agency, immigration consultant, legal firm, or accredited educational counsellor. We do not process visa applications, submit documents to embassies or consulates on your behalf, or in any way influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa, admission, or travel application. Please read Section 4 and Section 12 carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Gitardor Travel Hub website at travel.gitardor.com, submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, creating a client account, or otherwise engaging with our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") enter into a binding agreement with Gitardor Travel Hub ("we", "us", or "our") on the terms set out herein.
These Terms apply to every interaction with Gitardor Travel Hub, including but not limited to browsing the website, using the client dashboard, communicating via email or WhatsApp, and receiving any research report or deliverable from us.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are using our services for lawful purposes only. If you are engaging our services on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have full authority to do so and that such person has read and accepted these Terms.
Your engagement with us — whether through a form submission, payment, or message — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy of this document for your records. The most current version is always available at travel.gitardor.com/terms.
About Gitardor Travel Hub
Gitardor Travel Hub is a private research and advisory service designed to help individuals — particularly Nigerian passport holders — navigate the often confusing process of planning study abroad programmes, international relocations, and overseas holidays.
We exist because finding accurate, up-to-date, and practical travel and visa-related information is genuinely difficult. Questions go unanswered on public forums. Requirements change. People miss deadlines. Documents get rejected for avoidable reasons. Gitardor Travel Hub was created to close that information gap by doing thorough, well-organised research on behalf of our clients and delivering it in a clear, actionable format.
Our services are entirely informational and advisory in nature. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, university, scholarship body, or government institution anywhere in the world. Any information we provide is derived from publicly available sources and our own research, and is delivered to you as a resource to support your own decision-making.
Gitardor Travel Hub operates from Lagos, Nigeria, and serves clients primarily — though not exclusively — based in Nigeria.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Service" means any research report, document checklist, advisory communication, CV writing, personal statement drafting, deadline tracking, or any other deliverable provided by Gitardor Travel Hub.
- "Client" means any individual or entity that submits an enquiry, makes a payment, or engages with Gitardor Travel Hub for a Service.
- "Dashboard" means the online client portal accessible at travel.gitardor.com/dashboard, through which clients may submit information, upload documents, communicate with our team, and receive deliverables.
- "Research Report" means the written PDF document or digital deliverable containing the research and advisory information compiled for a Client's specific case.
- "Plan" means one of the tiered service packages (Starter, Standard, or Full Service) available for purchase on the website.
- "Engagement" means the period from the date of confirmed payment to the delivery of the final deliverable and expiry of any included support period.
- "Personal Information" means any information provided by a Client that identifies or could identify them as an individual, including passport details, financial documents, educational certificates, and contact information.
- "Third Party" means any embassy, consulate, visa processing centre, university, scholarship body, airline, accommodation provider, or government authority that a Client may deal with in connection with their travel or study plans.
- "Force Majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
- "Business Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays.
Nature of Our Service
It is fundamental to the relationship between you and Gitardor Travel Hub that you clearly understand the nature and limits of what we do and do not do. Please read this section with particular care.
What We Do
Gitardor Travel Hub provides the following categories of service:
- Research and compilation of visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation lists for specified destinations;
- Organisation and tracking of documents required for study abroad, holiday, or relocation applications;
- Identification and summary of scholarship opportunities and their eligibility criteria for study abroad purposes;
- General travel advisory information including accommodation options, estimated costs, and destination-specific tips;
- Deadline tracking and reminder support during an active Engagement;
- CV writing and personal statement drafting as add-on services under the Full Service plan or upon request.
What We Do Not Do
Gitardor Travel Hub is not a visa agency, immigration consultant, or legal adviser. We do not, under any circumstances:
- Submit visa or immigration applications on your behalf to any authority;
- Attend visa appointments or interviews on your behalf;
- Guarantee, predict, or influence the outcome of any visa, admission, scholarship, or immigration decision;
- Provide legal advice on immigration, residency, or citizenship matters;
- Act as your legal representative before any government body, embassy, consulate, or institution;
- Provide financial advice, foreign exchange services, or banking guidance;
- Book flights, accommodation, or travel arrangements on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in a separate written arrangement;
- Verify, certify, or authenticate any documents you provide to us or that you intend to submit to a third party.
All information provided in our Research Reports is compiled from publicly available sources. Gitardor Travel Hub makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that requirements, fees, processing times, or procedures have not changed since our research was conducted. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use Gitardor Travel Hub's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of engagement;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting enquiries or onboarding with our service;
- Not be engaging our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or the falsification of travel or immigration documents.
Gitardor Travel Hub reserves the right to decline any engagement or terminate any existing engagement at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these eligibility requirements are not met or that our services are being misused.
While our services are designed with Nigerian passport holders in mind, we do not restrict eligibility by nationality. However, some aspects of our research may be most relevant and most thoroughly conducted for Nigerian-passport-specific contexts.
Service Plans & Inclusions
Gitardor Travel Hub offers three standard service plans. The specific inclusions, pricing, and turnaround times are detailed on our website at travel.gitardor.com/#pricing and may be updated from time to time. The plan descriptions below reflect the current service structure at the time these Terms were last updated.
Single-destination, single-visa-type research. Includes a document checklist and a PDF Research Report delivered within 72 hours. Includes one follow-up Q&A via WhatsApp.
Up to two destinations or visa types. Full requirements, document checklist, accommodation and travel tips. PDF Report delivered within 48 hours. Includes 7-day unlimited follow-up support.
Everything in Standard plus CV writing, personal statement drafting, a timeline and deadline tracker, and 30-day WhatsApp support. Priority 24-hour turnaround.
Additional research tasks, destination expansions, or bespoke advisory services not covered by the standard plans are available on a case-by-case basis and quoted separately upon request.
The scope of each Engagement is defined by the plan selected and any additional instructions provided at the time of onboarding. Any scope changes requested after an Engagement has begun may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before being applied.
Gitardor Travel Hub reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service plan at any time. Such changes will not affect Engagements that have already been paid for in full at the time of the change.
Engagement & Onboarding
An Engagement with Gitardor Travel Hub begins when the following conditions have been met:
- You have submitted an enquiry or onboarding form providing sufficient information about your travel or study needs;
- We have confirmed your enquiry and provided you with a quote or confirmed plan;
- You have made the required payment (or confirmed deposit, where applicable) as outlined in Section 8.
Onboarding Information
To carry out research effectively on your behalf, we will ask you to provide certain information at the onboarding stage. This typically includes — but is not limited to — your intended destination(s), purpose of travel, preferred timeline, current documentation status, and any specific concerns or requirements you have. The accuracy and completeness of this information directly affects the quality of the research we can provide.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. Gitardor Travel Hub will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our deliverables that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Onboarding via Dashboard
Where you are onboarded through the Gitardor Travel Hub client dashboard at travel.gitardor.com/dashboard, all communications, uploaded documents, and submitted information will be stored securely within your dashboard profile for the duration of the Engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Fees, Payment & Refunds
Fees
All service fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. Current pricing is published on the website at travel.gitardor.com/#pricing. Gitardor Travel Hub reserves the right to revise its pricing at any time, with reasonable notice posted on the website. Price changes will not affect Engagements that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Payment
Payment is required before any research work begins. We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account (details provided upon confirmation of your enquiry);
- Online payment via Flutterwave, where available.
For higher-value plans, a deposit arrangement may be offered at our discretion. Where a deposit is agreed, work will commence upon receipt of the deposit, and the remaining balance must be settled before the final deliverable is released.
Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to travel@gitardor.com within the applicable period. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 Business Days via the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
Deliverables & Turnaround Times
Upon confirmation of payment and receipt of all required onboarding information, Gitardor Travel Hub will begin research and compile your deliverable within the turnaround time applicable to your plan, as follows:

Turnaround times are calculated from the point at which both payment has been confirmed and all necessary onboarding information has been received. Delays in providing complete and accurate information will extend the delivery timeline proportionally, with no liability on the part of Gitardor Travel Hub.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances — including Force Majeure events, public holidays, or exceptionally high service demand — we will notify you of any expected delay as soon as reasonably possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
All deliverables are provided digitally. Physical copies are not offered unless specifically arranged and agreed upon in writing, and any additional cost for physical delivery will be borne by the Client.
Client Obligations
In order for Gitardor Travel Hub to deliver its services effectively and responsibly, you agree to the following obligations throughout the duration of any Engagement:
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at all times, including during onboarding, in any questionnaires, and in any subsequent communications. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information that affects the quality or direction of our research is grounds for immediate termination of the Engagement without refund.
Timely Cooperation
You agree to respond to our requests for additional information, clarifications, or documents within a reasonable timeframe. Where a response is not received within 5 Business Days of a request, we reserve the right to pause the Engagement until the information is received. Any resulting delays in delivery will not be considered a breach on our part.
Independent Verification
You acknowledge that you have an independent obligation to verify all information provided in any Research Report or advisory communication before acting on it. Requirements, fees, and processes set by embassies, consulates, universities, and other third parties can change without notice. Gitardor Travel Hub does not accept responsibility for reliance on information that has become outdated between the date of research and the date of your application.
Lawful Use
You agree to use the information and deliverables provided by Gitardor Travel Hub for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services or any information we provide to prepare fraudulent documents, make false declarations on any application, or deceive any government authority, institution, or third party.
Communication
You agree to communicate with Gitardor Travel Hub in a respectful and professional manner at all times. We reserve the right to terminate an Engagement without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any member of our team.
Document Submission & Handling
Certain service plans may require you to share personal documents with us — for example, to allow us to check completeness of a document set, review a CV draft you have prepared, or understand your current qualification status for scholarship research purposes.
Voluntary Submission
The submission of any personal document to Gitardor Travel Hub is entirely voluntary. We will never require you to submit original copies of sensitive documents such as passports, bank statements, or academic certificates where a summary or description would suffice for our research purposes.
Permitted Use of Submitted Documents
Any document you submit to us will be used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the services agreed upon in your Engagement. We will not share, distribute, sell, publish, or transmit your documents to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by applicable law.
Storage & Retention
Documents submitted via the client dashboard are stored securely within the platform. We retain client documents for a period of up to 12 months after the conclusion of an Engagement, after which they are securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or we are legally required to retain them for a longer period.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you submit to us do not infringe upon the rights of any third party and that you have the legal right to share such documents with us. You indemnify Gitardor Travel Hub against any claims arising from documents you submit in breach of this obligation.
We strongly advise against submitting original or scanned copies of highly sensitive documents (such as National Identity Numbers, Bank Verification Numbers (BVN), or full bank account statements) unless specifically requested and you are comfortable doing so. For most of our research purposes, a general description of your situation is sufficient.
No Guarantee of Outcome
This is one of the most important sections in these Terms. Please read it carefully.
Gitardor Travel Hub provides research, information, and advisory services only. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the outcome of any visa application, university admission, scholarship application, immigration process, or travel plan that you undertake using information from our Research Reports or advisory services.
Visa & Immigration Decisions
Visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government of the destination country. These decisions are based on a wide range of factors — including your personal circumstances, financial history, travel history, and the discretion of the deciding officer — which are entirely beyond our knowledge or control. Gitardor Travel Hub has no ability to influence, predict, or guarantee any such decision.
Admission & Scholarship Outcomes
Similarly, admission decisions and scholarship awards are made by universities, colleges, and funding bodies based on criteria that are their sole prerogative. Our research into eligibility requirements and application procedures does not constitute a recommendation or prediction of acceptance. We do not guarantee that following our research will result in admission or a scholarship award.
Accuracy of Information
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in our Research Reports at the time of compilation, requirements, fees, processing times, and procedures set by third parties can and do change without notice. Gitardor Travel Hub accepts no liability for decisions made based on information that has changed after the date of our research.
You acknowledge and agree that the fee paid to Gitardor Travel Hub is solely for the research and advisory service performed, and not for any outcome or result. No refund will be provided on the basis of an unsuccessful application, regardless of the reason for that outcome.
Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of an Engagement, they may have access to information that is confidential and proprietary to the other party.
Our Obligations to You
Gitardor Travel Hub treats all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information, enquiry details, submitted documents, or the content of your Research Report to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by applicable Nigerian law or court order.
Our internal team members and any research contributors who work on your Engagement are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of their work with Gitardor Travel Hub.
Your Obligations to Us
All Research Reports, document checklists, personal statements, CVs, and other deliverables produced by Gitardor Travel Hub are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or share our deliverables with third parties for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.
You may share your Research Report with individuals directly involved in your application (such as a family member assisting you) but must not publish it publicly, distribute it commercially, or represent our work as your own creation.
Intellectual Property
All content, research, reports, templates, checklists, written materials, graphics, and other intellectual property created by Gitardor Travel Hub — including but not limited to Research Reports, CV drafts, and personal statements prepared for you — remain the intellectual property of Gitardor Travel Hub unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Upon full payment of the applicable service fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the deliverables created for you solely for the purpose of your own travel, study, or visa application. This licence does not permit you to:
- Reproduce or distribute deliverables for any commercial purpose;
- Share, sell, or make deliverables available to third parties for their use;
- Remove any branding, authorship attribution, or disclaimer from our deliverables;
- Represent our research or written work as entirely your own creation where authorship is material.
The Gitardor Travel Hub name, logo, brand elements, and website content are proprietary and may not be used, reproduced, or adapted without our prior written permission.
Dashboard & Account Use
The Gitardor Travel Hub client dashboard, accessible at travel.gitardor.com/dashboard, is provided as a tool to facilitate communication between clients and our team, manage document submissions, and track the progress of your Engagement. By using the dashboard, you agree to the following terms:
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Gitardor Travel Hub will not be held liable for any loss, data breach, or unauthorised access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at travel@gitardor.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Accurate Use
You agree to use the dashboard honestly and accurately. You must not upload false documents, impersonate another person, attempt to access another client's data, or use the platform in any manner that may compromise its security or integrity.
Availability
While we make every effort to ensure the dashboard is available and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. Gitardor Travel Hub will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the dashboard, provided we make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.
Data Stored on the Dashboard
All communications, uploaded documents, and information stored within the dashboard are retained securely for the duration of your Engagement and for a period of up to 12 months thereafter, in line with Section 11 and our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gitardor Travel Hub's liability to you in connection with any Engagement, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific Engagement giving rise to the claim.
Gitardor Travel Hub shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of them:
- Any loss arising from a rejected visa, immigration, admission, or scholarship application;
- Loss of income, business, contracts, or opportunities;
- Indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
- Losses arising from your reliance on information that has changed after the date of our research;
- Losses arising from your failure to verify information independently or to meet application deadlines;
- Losses arising from the actions, decisions, or omissions of any embassy, consulate, university, government body, or other third party;
- Losses arising from a Force Majeure event;
- Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be contrary to applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gitardor Travel Hub, its operators, team members, research contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide to us;
- Your use of our deliverables in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law;
- Any documents you submit to us that infringe upon the rights of any third party;
- Any claim by a third party arising from your travel, visa, or study application, where such claim is not the result of our wilful misconduct or fraud;
- Your use of the client dashboard in an unauthorised or unlawful manner.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your Engagement with Gitardor Travel Hub at any time by providing written notice to travel@gitardor.com. Refund entitlements upon termination are governed by the Refund Policy in Section 8. Work already performed at the time of your termination notice will be invoiced and/or deducted from any applicable refund.
Termination by Gitardor Travel Hub
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any Engagement, and to close or restrict your access to the dashboard, immediately and without notice, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- You have provided false, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information;
- We have reasonable grounds to believe you are using our services for an unlawful purpose;
- You have engaged in abusive or threatening behaviour toward any member of our team;
- Payment has not been received within the agreed period.
In the event of termination by Gitardor Travel Hub for cause, no refund will be issued for fees already paid.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) any outstanding amounts become immediately due and payable; (b) your licence to use our deliverables continues only with respect to work fully paid for and delivered; (c) Sections 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and 19 of these Terms survive termination and remain in full force.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and all Engagements between you and Gitardor Travel Hub are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
Amicable Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Engagement, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending written notice to the other identifying the nature of the dispute. The parties shall have 30 days from the date of such notice to reach a resolution before pursuing other remedies.
Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within the 30-day period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18) Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by a sole arbitrator agreed upon by the parties, or failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the applicable rules.
Courts
Notwithstanding the above, Gitardor Travel Hub reserves the right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria to protect its intellectual property or confidential information, pending or in lieu of arbitration.
Privacy & Data Protection
Gitardor Travel Hub is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and all applicable data protection regulations.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that we will collect, process, store, and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key data practices:
- We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver the services you have engaged and to fulfil our legal obligations;
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes;
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure;
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records;
- All documents and data stored on the client dashboard are subject to our retention and deletion policies as described in Sections 11 and 15 of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms
Gitardor Travel Hub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document;
- Post the revised Terms on our website at travel.gitardor.com/terms;
- Provide reasonable notice to active Clients via email to the address associated with their account, where changes materially affect ongoing Engagements.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must notify us in writing and cease using our services. Amendments will not apply retrospectively to completed Engagements for which the full fee has been paid.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific engagement confirmation communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gitardor Travel Hub with respect to the services, and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Gitardor Travel Hub in exercising any right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right. A waiver is only effective if given in writing and confirmed by an authorised representative of Gitardor Travel Hub.
Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Gitardor Travel Hub. Each party is an independent party. Neither party has authority to bind the other in any capacity beyond what is expressly set out in these Terms.
Force Majeure
Gitardor Travel Hub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, government action, power outages, internet service disruptions, civil unrest, or acts of war or terrorism. We will notify you as promptly as reasonably possible and make reasonable efforts to resume the Engagement at the earliest opportunity.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Gitardor Travel Hub's prior written consent. Gitardor Travel Hub may assign these Terms in connection with a business restructuring, acquisition, or transfer of operations, without your consent, provided that your rights under these Terms are not materially diminished.
Language
These Terms are written in the English language, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall have no legal effect.
